WE HANDLE THE COMPLICATED FOR YOU....

You control every step ensuring we never get off course.

STEP 1) We start with a conversation over Zoom. (or phone if you prefer)

STEP 2) Together we will develop the voiceover script that concisely encapsulates the plot and character's journey, teasing just enough to whet the appetite of potential buyers.

You provide us with character descriptions. Once locked, this is the roadmap to the rest of the process.

An effective movie trailer incorporates anywhere from 85 to 165 shots with every beat meticulously crafted to captivate attention, ignite emotion, and spark insatiable curiosity.

For a book trailer however, we recommend no more than 90 seconds, although 30 to 60 seconds is considered the algorithm sweet spot for propelling viewership. The cost of our quote will be directly proportional to the running time.

30 seconds = 41 shots
60 seconds = 83 shots
90 seconds = 124 shots

Genre can also affect the number of shots, although we try to adhere to these numbers.

STEP 3) The voiceover narrative is completed and presented for your approval. Simultaneously we develop a character reference sheet for body form and wardrobe that you approve, based on 3 choices.

STEP 4) We develop pre-determined character expression references so the look of your characters stay consistent and never drift. This is a critical step that most AI "specialists" completely overlook.

STEP 5) We combine the two to create your final character.

STEP 6) Our set designer creates 3 scenery options per shot.

STEP 7) The scene's character/s and setting are composited together with an action/behavior description.

Note: Due to present AI technology, multiple characters can be difficult for AI to properly integrate and therefore may impose limiations on some scenes.

Final phase...

STEP 8) Once all composited stills are completed, they are edited together as a storyboard reel- meaning during this step, we will combine the voiceover, music and the stills for your approval of presentation before moving to the final live-action step.

Optional: (Package B) As a cost savings measure, this storyboard reel step in the process can also be used as a final video... an alternative style of a trailer instead of a full action video. . Up to this point in the process, depending on running time and complexity, it can take 3 to 4 weeks to complete.

BONUS: All shots that are created you are free to use as individual photos throughout social media.

STEP 9) (Package A) The full version. All shots are brought to life in video form and replace the composited stills. This is your completed live action trailer.

This process will require 2-3 weeks to complete after the storyboard reel is completed.
